Dispatch
Orders are dispatched only after payment, stock, documentation and customer eligibility checks. Delivery estimates begin when dispatch is confirmed, not when an order is submitted.
Packaging
Materials are packed to protect identity, seal integrity and the stated storage conditions during normal tracked transit.
Returns
Contact Peplabperformance@outlook.com before returning anything. Do not post an unapproved return. Opened materials, broken seals or products stored outside the stated conditions cannot normally be accepted for resale.
Problems on arrival
Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, vial and batch details as soon as possible. Report damage or a missing item promptly with the order reference.
Final policy required
Shipping prices, carriers, cut-off times, cancellation rights and the final returns address must be confirmed before public launch.
