Your booking
These terms apply to event services and products supplied by Dreamys Touch Events. A basket or enquiry is a request, not a confirmed booking. We confirm the event details, availability and final price with you before payment.
Notice and payment
Please book at least 30 days before the event. Full payment is required upfront to confirm your booking. Where a service is marked “Price on request”, we provide a price before you commit. Your final agreed price must include any applicable delivery, setup and other charges. Additional work requires your agreement.
Event details and access
You are responsible for providing accurate dates, addresses, contact details and venue access information. Tell us about stairs, parking restrictions, loading times, outdoor use and collection arrangements before confirmation. Any change to the agreed scope or price must be agreed with you.
Personalised designs
Check names, dates, spelling, colours and other details when approving a design. Production begins once the design is agreed. Changes after approval may require extra work, which we will price and agree with you first. Images you supply must be yours to use or supplied with permission.
Hired items
Hired items remain our property and must be available for collection at the agreed time. Use them safely and only for the agreed purpose. You may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for loss or damage caused by misuse, excluding fair wear and tear. Any security deposit or specific hire conditions must be disclosed and agreed before payment.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request changes. New dates are subject to availability. Our cancellation window is 30 days before the event. Read the cancellation and refund policy for details, including statutory rights.
Problems and rights
We provide services with reasonable care and skill. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit your statutory consumer rights. Contact us at info@dreamystouch.co.uk with any complaint. The law of England and Wales applies, without removing any mandatory protections or court rights available to consumers where they live.
