CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

CANCELLATION POLICY.

Before payment

An application may be withdrawn before payment. Temporary date holds are then released. No payment means no refund is due.

After payment

Cancellation eligibility, any retained costs and the refund method depend on the signed contract, timing, evidenced losses and rights that apply under UK law. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.

Failed verification or unavailable vehicle

K-CARS does not take payment before verification. If a confirmed vehicle later becomes unsafe or unavailable, the customer is offered a suitable remedy consistent with the signed agreement and applicable law.
