SECURITY DEPOSIT

CLEAR BEFORE YOU PAY.

The security deposit is shown separately from rental charges for every vehicle and quote.

When payment is taken

No payment is requested until an account is created, both sides of the required ID are approved and the personalised rental contract is signed.

Release

After the vehicle is returned, the operator checks mileage, fuel or charge level, condition, penalties and other agreed charges before processing any applicable deposit return.

Deductions

Any deduction must have evidence and a lawful contractual basis. K-CARS will provide an itemised explanation and any supporting records that can reasonably be supplied.

Failed eligibility

Because payment follows verification, an applicant who fails age or identity checks is not charged a rental or security deposit through this booking flow.
