Booking data

We use contact and booking information to supply the rental service, take payment, verify eligibility, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Identity documents

Government ID files are encrypted and visible only to authorised reviewers. Access is recorded.

Retention

For completed bookings, identity images and contract files are permanently deleted 180 days after the return date. Unnecessary personal information is anonymised at the same time. Payment and accounting records may be retained where the law requires it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion where applicable. Contact the data controller through the address provided in your booking email.
